What shipping methods do you offer within the Philippines?
We offer standard door-to-door delivery nationwide via our partner couriers. For Metro Manila residents, same-day delivery options are also available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfers (BDO and BPI). Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select areas.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Please note that certain hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily serve the Philippine market. However, we can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all electronic and mechanical goods come with a standard 6-month manufacturer warranty against factory defects. Please keep your official receipt to process any claims.
